Day-to-day management of batching Plant •Producing concrete according to daily, weekly, monthly production plans (theo dõi kế hoạch sản xuất beton theo ngày, tuần, tháng) •Analyzing bottlenecks, recommending & executing process improvement actions (phân tích tình huống, sự cố thiết bị, lên kế hoạch cải thiện, bảo trì) •Plant-level resource planning: establishing staff/ shift work plans (xếp ca, giám sát chung việc sản xuất tại trạm về nhân viên vận hành) 2. Day-to-day management of raw materials supply •Daily scheduling & management of raw material supplies. (Quản lý việc báo cáo kho bãi hằng ngày của Thủ kho, quản lý chất lượng cốt liệu) •Inventory control: ensure that appropriate levels of raw material available at any time. (Luôn đảm bảo kho vật liệu sẵn sang cho sản xuất) 3. Quality control •Managing outbound concrete quality control in collaboration with QA supervisor, his staff and production shift staff (slump, strength testing, etc) (Kết hợp với QA để quản lý chất lượng Beton) •Managing inbound raw material quality control in collaboration with QA supervisor, his staff and production shift staff (Kết hợp với QA để quản lý chất lượng cốt liệu) 4. Plant maintenance •Supporting plant head for ensuring planned plant maintenance are carried out. (Hỗ trợ trực tiếp trưởng trạm trong việc lên kế hoạch bảo trì thiết bị) •Ensure and review daily plant equipment checklist. (Kiểm tra và đánh giá hằng ngày về tình trạng thiết bị trạm) •Supporting plant head for ensuring critical spare part stock are on batching plant (Hỗ trợ trưởng trạm lên kế hoạch bổ sung các thiết bị dự phòng cho trạm) 5. Truck •Supporting plant head for truck cleaning and truck inspection checklist. (Hỗ trợ trưởng trạm trong việc kiểm tra xe và vệ sinh xe bồn) •Supporting plant head for truck and driver follow up the Holcim safety standard. (Hỗ trợ trưởng trạm về việc giám sát thực hiện tiêu chuẩn an toàn của toàn bộ nhân viên, tài xế trong trạm) •To coordinate with Distribution with regards to Disciplinary actions of drivers. (Liên hệ với bộ phận vận tải giám sát mọi hành động của tài xế trong việc giao Beton) 6. OH&S •Enforcing HVL and or Local Authority health, safety & environmental standards, whichever is more stringent at plant. (Bảo vệ môi trường và an toàn lao động dựa theo luật an toàn của Holcim) 7. Housekeeping •Ensure plant environment is well kept to uphold Holcim Image. (Đảm bảo môi trường trạm Beton Holcim luôn sạch sẽ và thể hiện tốt hình ảnh của Cty Holcim) 8. Management •Review of management reports available in Command Alkon system, analyze and recommend and or implement remedial measures where necessary. (Đánh giá, phân tích và báo cáo tình hình sản xuất beton trong trạm trên phần mềm Command) •General facility & staff management. (Quản lý chung về nhân viên và môi thiết bị, môi trường trong trạm) •Analyze key cost drivers affecting production, recommend and or implement measures to control costs. (Quản lý tài xế xe bồn, và thực hiện đánh giá chi phí sản xuất của xe) •Motivate, train & develop plant staff to accommodate the needs of growing Organization. (Năng động, mỡ lớp đào tạo và phát triển nhân viên nếu cần thiết) •Coordination with other Sections (Internal or External) to ensure smooth operation of the plant. (Liên kết chặt chẻ với các bộ phận trong công ty và các nhà thầu, bộ phận khác bên ngoài để đảm bảo hoạt động sản xuất của trạm được tốt đẹp) 9. ReportResponsible for Production report system. (Chịu trách nhiệm về hệ thống báo cáo sản xuất) 10. OthersAny other duties as required and discussed between employee and company.
