Then I took additional role as C&IS (control information system) in charge of electricity and automation control.  I led successfully the project of upgrading water distribution for P&G plant and installation of automatic valve to prevent overflow of water tank for waste water tank. I calculated manufacturing cost of hot DI water, chilled DI water to help department control manufacturing cost.

We analysed machine, labour capacity so that we flated machine, labour capacity in a year. We created new item codes in system (Navision system), created routing, material transfer route, machine center, labour center.  Our team helped human resource, production department a lot in planning labours, machines in long term period. We helped purchasing department in determining material requirement in short term and long term to enable them issue the purchase contract.

Seek help from the SAP regional when necessary  Other activity: product quality annoucement with local Authority, prepare document for ISO audit, contamination prevention program I am familiar with planning in both Excel worksheet and system (Navision, SAP). In summary, I acquire a master knowledge in terms of technical matter and business matter. I build up my expertise during experiencing many job titles. I prepare myself to be ready to handle more responsibility.
