Chuyên môn: - Make short and middle term of production plans, input export schedule into AS400 software and follow up all process until exported out. - Cooperate with Purchasing Department and Production Department to reduce excess/obsolete inventory. - Cooperate with Production Department to know exactly capacity, efficiency, performance and man power need of each machine/line in order to make production schedule for each machine/ line in every shift. - Review historical data including sales trends, problems from all production processes, show highlight problems to resolve or prepare solution for the next situations. - Monitoring the production processes and revise schedules according to work order specifications, established priorities, and availability or capability of workers, parts, materials, machines and equipments. - Confer with relevant departments to determine progress of work and to provide information on changes in processing methods received from engineering departments. - Balance demand and supply to ensure a continuous supply of products to satisfy customer demand and inventory control. - Have responsibility to supervise planners of wire producing lines. - Monthly KPI report to Planning Manager. - Take part in QCC, Kaizen activities. - Predict monthly revenue base on orders and production plans. - Synthesize causes of late delivery and solutions for these causes. Monitor the corrective activities of the Factory.
