Shipping and Yard: Jun/2012 ~ Now •Data product input warehouse – Inventory – Product output. •Keeping standard for product (Product arrange follow type, dimension, export, domestic...). •To delivery products when receive order shipping from Marketing department. •Loading and stuffing container. •Make “Shipping schedule” and “Shipping capacity” Production planning: Apr/2010 ~ Jun/2012 •To receive order from Marketing department. •To check raw material inventory (BOM). • To check product inventory. •To check delivery date of order. Make “work order” for line, monitoring and to change “work order” if have any problem (low quality, line problem...). •To balance line, Next line is customer of last line (Just-in-time). •Knowledge about TPS, lean manufactoring, Deming cycle, GANT diagram... Quality control: Aug/2006 ~ Apr/2010 •Checking quality and quantity raw material. •Inspection somi-product at each line by check-sheet. •Physics test (Hardness, tensile, banding...) •To receive and analysis complain from customer. •Feedback information to line about defect (low quality). •To investigate reason make defect and to find solution way (5W, 1H). •Make daily report, weekly report .... submit for Department manager, Plant manager... •Training for staff (weekly, monthly...) •Request for purchase Tool, material for department. •Knowledge about ISO, 7 tools management quality.
