Chuyên môn: 1/ Job description : • Scheduling production plan, preparing materials, packages, manpower,… to finish production orders : - Basing on production capacity, we will arrange the manpower to work on shift. - Checking the availability of material before running production. • Maintaining, monitoring and improving KPI’s (Key performance indicator) achievement, including of : OEE (overall equipment efficience), yield – loss, productivity, quality, QCMS (quality control & monitoring system). • Being a member of ISO management team in the company. • Training and supervising production operators : - Observing and correcting the act of worker to make sure they follow the work instruction. - Checking, training the skill of worker before rotating them to another position/line. - Checking the daily review of worker : productivity, quality, discipline, … - Reminding, warning worker to follow the instruction from HSE department. • Implementing & maintaining 5S program : - To organice the 5S team to check around the shop floor 1 time/week. - To observe, remind worker to follow the 5S program. • Analysing and making countermeasures for problem and customer’s complaint. • Doing some improvements for production site as : Reducing changeover time, Making pledge to control quality in process,... • Controlling the materials of OPEX (Operational Expenses) as : Gasoline, Oil, … 2/ Achievement : • Success in reducing the change overtime from 45 minutes to 20 minutes by using 5S, VSM (Value stream mapping) : - Before : 05 batches/day - After : 07 batches/day. • Success in reducing the final inspection time, manpower before transfer to warehouse by using PDCA: - Before : 04 manpowers check 01 batch, 10 hours to inspect. - After : 02 manpowers check 01 batch, 01 hour to inspect.
