Chuyên môn: Ensure the plan, organization, arrangement, supervision well Closely monitor the progress of production, to ensure a qualified and punctual shipment of the factory’s products. Control the rate of defective products and the fixed limits for using the raw and other materials. Establish the work flow and give guidance to the production lines on operating the equipments. Handle the everyday matters arisen in the process of production and make prompt reports to the Porduction Manager. Calculate and mobilize the work force among the production lines in a reasonable way, and when there is some change in the production plan, bring forward proposals to increase or decrease the work force. Make investigation into the arisen problems of quality, and bring forward the measures of treating the problems and preventing them from happening again. Think hard, make research and bring forward improvement measures with the goal of raising the efficiency, the output, the quality, and of reducing the rate of defective products. Monitor the execution of the daily check-up and maintenance of the equipments of the Line leaders and Operators. Inspect the execution of 5S jobs in the production lines. Check and supervise the observance of the company rules and regulations by all the employees. Carry out regular appraisals of the employees. Make reports according as required by the Production Manager. Organise courses to train and form the employees.
