The primary duties include the following: Assist on DGD’s schedule and his daily work activities Submit documents received from departments for DGD’s approval and transmit instructions from DGD to all departments and receive the feedback. Arrange meetings, prepare documentation, reports and handout related to meetings. Attend meetings and take MOM, send MOM to participants and do follow-ups. Act as an interpreter at the meetings when required. Translate contract, official dispatch, email, instructions,… from English to Vietnamese and vice versa. Compose all internal and external correspondences related to the project. Contact with all parties during project deploying. Keep tracking the progress of projects, making report and updating weekly report related to project schedule. Follow up the delivery and receive timely transmittal of documents to the appropriate recipient. Support Purchasing Department involved work such as looking for and contacting with suppliers for material, furniture for project; negotiating, following payment and checking invoices and receipts; sending and ensuring goods to be delievered and received in time. Implement all tasks involving to administrative tasks such as typing, faxing, scanning, and managing all documents relating to project. Book air ticket, hotel accommodation, ground transportation and prepare all necessary documents for DGD’s business trip when required Report and be responsible of working efficiency to BOD & HR each quarter. Perform other related duties and fulfill responsibilities as required that are within the scope of work and authority.
