Chuyên môn: From 15/03/2013 – 17/09/2013 (7 months) Cat Tien Sa Media Company – Cat Tien Sa is the firm that comprises media activities such as Event Execution and Media Production – Brand Activation, Investment and Investment Consulting – Advertising Services – Film Production Position: Program Producer Office of the show “Dancing with Stars” season 4 – “Buoc Nhay Hoan Vu 2013” Project Manager of the reality talent show dance competition “Got to dance” season 1 – The UK format of Sky1 which is the entertainment channel in United Kingdom and Ireland - Get the preparation for pre-show, while-show and post-show such as the documents, the schedules for every broadcasting day, the judges, the contestants from the whole country… - Work with the sponsors such as MobiFone – VMS Company/ Nokia Company for each show. - Develop event plan which will provide the full package from ideas, budget planning and tracking, allocating resources, production and implementation based on the company’s targets - Prepare the contracts for the co-operate organizations and the related people such as the judges, the celebrities, the designers, the sound agency, the rent avenues … - Have the meeting with the General Director to figure out the important points for the show - Take care of the show script with the performances order, the lighting systems, the supporting properties … and the MC script. - Work directly with the original channel producers from Sky1 United Kingdom and the VTV directors - Discuss with all the dancers for each performance on stage, for example the ideas, the lighting, the props, the costumes and the routines. - Arrange the work for the team and the deadline for all the plans - Get a short trip to northern cities and the middle ones to do the show. - Have a plan about the finance of the show. - Run independently the audiences program with a little supervision. - Write the script with the timing, the main contents and the comparison with another reality shows in the market. - Make a research about all the previous dancing competition in one year and about the knowledge of kinds of dancing styles. - Take care of all the guests of the shows, the contestants and the foreigner dancers/judges. - Translate the English format bible into Vietnamese. Skill and knowledge - Get the working experience in media field such as how to write a good script, how to edit media production well, especially how to handle various kinds of people from other fields - Practice reporting skills, presentation skills and analyzing ones - Being able to finish multiple tasks in high pressure and a fast-paced environment - Well developed interpersonal skills, including coordination, liaison, negotiation skills and multicultural communication both written and spoken, in Vietnamese and English - Ability to work independently and as a part of a team - Expertly use Microsoft Office 2007, and office facilities
