Chuyên môn: Project Management (PM): Take care of developing sample from the first stage to mass production. * Commercialization - Trial process : - According to factory’s plan, carry out the commercialization process of models after sample confirmation, from Model Size Trial to Extreme Size Trial and Full Size Run Trial. - Meeting with customers after doing trials – find out the issues during doing trial, collaborate with relevant departments to solve issues quickly and effectively. Ensure that the potential production problems are identified and resolved before the projects can be transferred from Product Creation Center (Development Center) to production lines for mass production. - Collaborate with QA Team to ensure PFC is complied for production correctly by daily checking activities. - Training Production Key Features / QA file for QA team, Production Managers and relevant departments prior to production startup (At least 1 Week before mass production). - Responsible for checking and confirmation PFCs before starting mass production (At least 2 weeks before) - Work closely and often communicate with related departments to obtain consistency in technical, development and production across respective category. - Following up & supporting for production side. * Manage and Develop new models - Direct Process: - Receive request from customers, check BOMs and request material - Communicate with customers to check detail or request more detail. - Share information with relevant departments. - Receive material, check color and make Swatchbook (Color Swatch) - Combine related departments to make sample shoe. - Inspect sample shoe and send it to customers. - Audit DBOMs with sample and inform it to customer. - Receive feedback from customers, check it and prepare for next stage.
