Handling of setbacks. - Plan and management of the effective and necessary conversion of weights, sizes, values and quality standards interpretations between import system and territories. - Management of language and communications translation issues and activities as necessary to enable effective relations, distribution and integration of imported material, product, equipment, for example handling instructions, operating manuals, product training, etc. - Updating information of the suppliers database. - Keeping up with market trends. Export duty includes - Participate in international fairs and exhibitions to promote exporting products of the factory. - Collect all types of information from overseas markets assigned. - Look for and detect purchasing opportunities for goods and services overseas. - Respond to incoming inquiries and follow-up. Adapted offer to the customer’s expectations. - Use communication and negotiating techniques to conclude the agreement. - Prepare proforma invoice. Follow-up the processing of order. Work with production department and logistics department to ensure the products to be delivered on time. - Trace of orders, deal with complaints, conflicts. - Manage customer files. Develop customer loyalty. Management duty includes - Ensure an efficient, effective, up-to-date and traceable administration of the buying and selling activities. - Ensure the exchange of information with internal and external parties enabling the optimal communication and data processing. - Maintain an available up-to-date database and network of business contacts and an trustful network of relations.
