Chuyên môn: For the purchasing Supervisor, I am taking responsibility for purchasing Raw material from oversea; raw materials of Hoya are mostly monomer, chemical additives. I also need to take license or certificate of appropriate authorities for some RMs before importing and follow up the purchase order. In addition, I also take responsibility for purchasing group of packing material and machineries, equipments, tools,….. as spare parts. For the material I am undertaking, I have to seek supplier, negotiate, make sale contract, issue Purchase order, do customs clearance and follow up the PO till the conditions of sales contract are completed. Every purchaser have to make monthly report, some other document and evaluate the supplier after six months. Moreover, for the position of supervisor I have to support purchasing manager to make purchase procedure, ISO documents, some reports such as report of cost reduction, report of import,…training for new purchaser, updating new laws, policies relative information and training to purchaser; participating internal audit and many other tasks were required by purchasing manager, Japanese department manager.
