Support to insure that the result should be the same. - Create and follow all the new Lean events such as: Kaizen, 5S, Standardized Work, Lego Simulation... - Train all the related people who need more knowledge for their positions - Audit and find the findings from departments within the ISO audit Program - Build the Document system for all departments - Guide the people to work in team for any projects, trace and adjust for the best result - Leader for Teambuilding events - Be a dynamical leader for lots of events in the Plant: Anniversary, 8/3, 20/10, ISO, Lean.. - Find out more tools and events-Check-adjust and apply in the Plant - Quickly solve problems for any events
