(301, No.7A street, Amata Industrial Zone, Bien Hoa, Dong Nai provinnce) Start working from the first days of Brother Industrial Sai Gon (BISG), I was trained to operate measuring tools, machines. And had opotunities towork and learn from experiened Vietnamese, Japaness Engineers. In my work, I have experienced on : Kaizen and Technical Equipment group - Do investigations to find out causes of “Not Good” (NG) problems which occur on producing processes and reduce quality and quantity of completed sewing machines. After that give out overcome methods for NG-components which are delivered to our store in order to use them in production, and make specifice report about that problem for BOD and managers to keep us out from recurrence. - By working together with experienced engineers from parent company, I and my leader have just finished Kaizen Project during 2 months (from mid-Oct to mid-Dec) with successes.Its purpose is improving the quality and reduce mistakes in producing processes. IQC group - Have duties on Coordinate Measuring Machine (CMM - Mitutoyo) and Microscope Measuring Machine (2D - Mitutoyo) * Write Vietnamese work-instructions and train workers base on dimensions of drawings. * Make auto measuring programs for materials which have much measuring items. * Do some basic calibrations of machine. * Manage tools and equipments. * Do specified measurements from superiors. * Support workers in setting Datums of measured materials, check and confirm methods and results of measurements. Especially when measure cylinder, Straightness, Flatness, Circularity, Cylindricity, Parallelism, Perpendicularity, Coaxiality (for center point), Concentricity (for axes), Symmetry, Circular run-out,... - Spring tester machine (ECO series - JISC) (learned myself via accompanied English manual) ; * Write Vietnamese work-instruction and train workers. * Support workers in measuring springs. - Profile Machine (Mitutoyo) and some measuring tools (blocks, magnetic blocks, hight gauges, pin gauges, screw gauges,...). ISO group - Be trained about ISO 9001/2008, 14000/2004 and have 2 Certificates about ISO 9001/14001 from TMSC. - In ISO project from April-August last year, I had chance to be a member of ISO team to bring my company 2 ISO certificates, and we got it. - Annually take part in ISO internal evaluation at position Internal Auditor. - I am learning myself 7 QC Tools, SixSigma, SPC, Lean-manufacturing. Because I am very interested in Quality Management. I wish I can have chances to learn, to work more and more deeper in this field, especially ISO/TS 16949 with 5 Core Tools due to my lack of knowledge about this Standard. Material group (RoHS) - Did documents to apply for agreement of using X-ray machines by Gorvement. - Using X-ray machines to analyze elements of all things which be used in a sewing machine. After that base on values of restricted substances (Cd, Pb, Cr, Br, Hg), release the Define for material is OK or DET (means not OK) follow the International Standrads of high risk materials. Reason to chang job : find another environment to contribute my best, use my English as a key to develop career because in my current company, the main language is Japanese.

Chuyên môn: Worked as production engineer at SV Probe, my dept assemble fixtures which are used to test electronic PBC. (37A, No.6 street, VSIP I – Binh Duong Provience) Arrange manpower and works for each shift. Manage materials, tools. Training new technicians and operators. Receive new work order’s information from customers and keep contact with them by email and VOIP phone. Ensure rate of progress to catch up with the deadline. For each work order, make documents to produce fixture and ship to customers. Check again all parameters between documents and real fixture before package. Reason to change job : my dept was dessolved.
