Engineer at MQA dept in Canon Vietnam (From 3/2012 unitl now). • Analysis failure issue related to material to find out root cause. - Analysis defective power supply unit, power cord, micro motor, PCB units. • Support production line for problems related to material quality : - Make incoming material inspection standard. - Analysis NG phenomenon related to material, find out root cause feedback to supplier to improve. - Feedback supplier problem related to material quality. Coordinate with supplier to investigate causes of problem, find out countermeasure to prevent quality trouble quickly. - Coordinate with related department to provide containment action for Assembly line when incoming part have problem, but need to be assembled & followed specially. • Supplier management : - Quickly feedback information related to material quality issues to supplier. - Collect defective material data, analyze data to recognize trend of defect, coordinate with supplier to take action to prevent worst issues, improve material quality. - Follow quality issues monthly, request report from supplier for each issue. - Feedback monthly quality performance to supplier (score, PPM…). - Carry out project to improve process of supplier by reducing internal defective rate at supplier’s process. 4.2. From 9/2011 to 2/2012 : Maintenance engineer at Bujeon Vietnam Company. - In charge for maintenance machine for production line.
