Chuyên môn: Liaise with merchandise team on BOM accessories and sample approvals Monitor and support quality inspector’s work & inspection activities Review and approve “ Dailly First Bulk product” from the lines. Review the daily inspection reports of quality inspection team. Liaise with production line leaders/supervisors on quality and production matters/issues,reaching or resolution and ensuring that action and result attained Conduct random inspection of products that come-off line. Ensure pre-production meeting are held participate enthusiastically. Verify material,accessories and trim card.ensure that all material and trims are correct and meets specification/requirement Checking TOP sample before sending to Buyer Making SOP to instruct worker do follow right process. Translate English to VietNamese in meeting quality for General manager. Checking DI in warehouse. Support coor-worker and other departments to complete duties. Receive manager’s commission and complete it. Receiving information from customer to respond to Vendor Making report to send to customer and relevant department. Ensure quality standards are met by regular reviewing customer’s feedback and complaints; Provide good & immediate solution, action plan, corrective action for customer feedback (if any) & non- conforming products; Set up the filing system of quality standards and customer’s requirements; Ensure the quality control activities (incoming check, in-process check, final check, and product performance evaluation) performed objectively, accurately and timely; Establish the quality procedure and requirement to ensure all product quality standards are deeply understood by QC staff and production workers; Train and develop QC in problem solving and promote a culture of teamwork; Ensure the Quality team perform their roles and responsibilities as defined in their job descriptions
