Chuyên môn: • Controlled production progress and prepared daily report. • Prepared inspection schedules for fabrication and erection. • To prepare and submitte procedures for projects started(VDRL). • To prepare Manufacture Date Index to completed projects. • To prepare inspection reports and QC documentation/Delivery documents. • To prepare requisition form to services carry out by third party and monitor their activities. • To feedback non-conformance to QC manager and issue Notice do defects if necessary. • To feedback un-compliance to Design dep’t to revise drawing in accordingly. • To prepare NDT plan for blocks to be complied with classification rule. • To prepare documents/procedures/reports for Launching, Sea trial, Commission, Delivery of vessels. • To prepare the procedure for: vacuum test , hose test , air leak test, load weight test, pollard pull test, sea trial. • To prepare work instruction. • To prepare drilling, machinning, buttering… procedures. • To prepare vessel technical specification, inspection and test plan(ITP). • To review subcontractor’s completed documents. • To assist to QC manager in controlling ISO system. • To carry out material incoming inspection, prepare goods inward inspection reports and apply testing if necessary. • To qualify welders and issued welder certificates. • To carry out pWPS,PQR and WPS. • To instruct and train new workers about basic quality requirements. • To carry out inspection for block fabrications, erection stage, outfitting, accommodation… before request third party for final inspection. • Fluently total station and easy laser operation in ship dimension measurements. • Know heat-treatment machine operation and control heat-treatment chart • To controlled testing for hull part, outfitting, piping such as: Air leak test, vacuum test, hose test, hydrostatic test, structure test, NDT test… • To control in/out yard subcontractor’ quality system. • Check and advise vendor fabrication processing.
