Chuyên môn:  Preparing and submit documents to owner/ class for review & approval before expedite fabrication. The submitting documents include general piping fabrication procedure, inspection and test plan, welding and welding repair procedure, welding consumable storage and control document, WPS and supporting PQRs, welder qualification records, post weld heat treatment if applicable, NDT plan, bolt torqueing procedure & flange management, hydrostatic/ pneumatic testing procedure, chemical cleaning & flushing procedure.  Integrity understanding specification requirements, class rules, relative standards & codes  Witness the successful WPQR and writing WPS when any essential variable changed beyond the limits specified standard compare with existing WPS.  Witness welders & welding operator qualification and create welder & operator certificates.  Goods inward inspection for materials, equipment in according with relative standards and specification. Review certificates and check certificates proper class rule & standard requirement.  Fabrication, assembly, welding, erection, installation, inspection, testing, cleaning and documentation of piping system shall be controlled in full according with ASME B31.3, WPS and Approved Drawing.  Visual welding inspection follow guidance on quality levels for welding imperfections.  Witness piping installation & hydrostatic testing with machining recorder on the piping system.  Commissioning inspection for all piping system.  Co-ordination with clients, class surveyor.  Witness installation for all machinery equipment in according with manufacture information.  Commissioning inspection for function of machinery equipment.  Preparing inspection report, test pack documents, delivery document.
