Chuyên môn: - Resposible for checking & reviewing AD/BOM/TP, comments, sketchs, sample notice & etc. For discrepancies found, need to immediately inform to customer for clarifications & revisions. - Responsible for providing on-time & accurate document (AD/ TP, English sketch, sample notice, reference sample) needed for sample processing to pattern-room, sample-room & factories. - Responsible for close monitoring of sample status. Thus, ensure on-time sample delivery. - Ensures compliance to sample-room schedule to support on-time sample delivery - Proper coordination with warehouse for material arrival up to sample shipment. - Mornitoring actual sample status (cutting, printing, loading, sewing & etc) - Responsible for checking & evaluating sample if it follows customer’s specifications before sample shipment. - Responsible for complete & on-time reports preparing accurate mock-ups for (artwork color approval, formandehyde testing, oven testing, washing testing, heat transfer setting approval) - Responsible for discussing factory suggestions to create convenience to production. - Ensure sample is fit about measurement and all information is clear before bulk production.
