It were worked. • Suggested to change type of carton boxes. The current types may be one of reasons which made goods (Hard disk drive – HDD) failed a lot. And It was accepted. • Suggested the process at delivering and receiving. The current process is one of reasons which harmed to quality of HDD. It was agreed. • Manage Shipping department and assist to Planning Manager:  Maintains 5S.  Mornitor the physical condition, safeguard and security of work place.  Receive orders from Sale Department in America, or others branches in Asia via Oracle in my company.  Supervise the create of internal orders and the delivering to other warehouses.  Control and supervise packing process: put hard disk drives in order, in quantity, in memory size; paste shipping marks on carton boxes / pallets / packages,… following asking / instruction from overseas customers.  Ensure that all information of deployed orders are accurate (shipping quantity, gross weight, product, etc).  Ensure that all information have to be updated to ERP/Oracle on time.  Supervise the delivery and receiving process at door between our company and forwarder / carrier.  Import – export – inventory account via ERP/Oracle and via Practical.  Update new request / new instruction to workers.  Training workers: packing, how to reduce dimension of package, how to keep a package in stable, in safe, etc. • Manage Documentation team:  Control and supervise booking process.  Check Declaration documents and Declaration process to make sure that Exporting and Importing process are correct and smooth.  Contact transportation company to pick up, to deliver to and to receive from air-port on time.  Contact Forwarder to ensure that cargoes will be delivered at right place,  Ensure the delivering and receiving cargoes at doors on time.  Update tracking and tracing of cargoes to foreign customers and Produce department.  Update all information (report) of orders which we shipped and received to Sale manager.  Training Docs staff.
