Chuyên môn: Job description:  Making production plan following the production plan of company.  Arrange all necessary things for production: manpower, equipments, materials,…  Control production in order to follow the production plan.  Maintain and assure the quality of product.  Manage employees in section, co-operate with HR dept to decide stopping or signing contract with employees, employees’ promotion, recruitment,…  Direct and guide all of employees of production line in the right way.  Managing working time, overtime and performance appraisal of employees in section.  Set the target of the year and prepare and responsible for all KPIs/Action plan of in production line includes shipment, quality, OTS, productivity, cost (tool and material) and labor cost point of view.  Report KPIs result monthly basis. Report any issues if needed  Propose production line policy, Kaizen to the boss and let all of employees know and clear guidance  Solving the issues of production, and giving the initiative to solutions  Establish and implement the preventive maintenance schedule.
