Chuyên môn: - Check L/C then confirm or revise if there are something wrong. - Make ducuments such as: BL, Certificate of Origin, Certificate of Quality and Quantity, Invoice, Packing list, Delivery Order, Insurance certificate and other documents if required by buyers. - Liase with shipping line to update shipment schedule and inquire Ocean freight - Compare Ocean freight among shipping lines to chose a best freight - Negotiate with shipping lines to get free Demurage& Detention long enough so that buyers have enough time to do custom clearance take cargo at destination ports. - Communicate with foreign partners by phone and email to get informations to make documents. - Service customer and keep in touch
