Ghi chú học tập: in 2008, i left my house to go to saigon. i were student at saigon tourism and art - culture college. my major was hotel - restaurant management. the frist year, i learned the general subject about history and culture VietNam. the second - third year, teachers began to communicate evironmental tourism, restaurant hotels and human resource management. i have taken many courses as hotel front office operations (including check -in and check - out, listen and resolve complaint, how sale room,...), tourist psychology, study of etiquette, hotel english and overview tourism - geography tourism of VietNam.

Chuyên môn: my work was serving guest have the meal during day include guest stay hotel and guest outside. i understood foreign guests travel in VietNam, they want have what thing to recommend and how do to happy ones, in there, i became more courageous, talking with customers proactively and happy to introduced about VietNam in peak season, guest was too much. t could make drink excellently, helped cooking department, when and receiptionist take guest up to their rom or resolve complaints inside room.. after a time, i were trained software hotel, what thing receiptionist should do,... i were promoted receiptionist.
