Chuyên môn: After finishing BA (Business Administration) certificate, I applied for a Recruiting officer in Dona Pacific company, a member of Feng Tay Group, Taiwan, an NIKE Shoe Producing Company with more than 9,000 employees. Based on experience of working in Saigon Business Magazine and knowledge in school, I only took a short time to catch the mission, and participate in improving the recruiting process to make it more simple and more effective. Just after more than 1 year, as a lucky opportunity, the previous supervisor resigned and I received a proposal from Human Resources Dirctor to make a try as Recruiting and Training Supervisor. That was really a fantastic and enjoyable mission which I have ever had. The longer I worked in that position, the more excited I felt. Responsibility: 1.Recruiting and Training Supervisor a.Recruiting -Managing Recruiting Process: As you know! Nike is a biggest company in the world of producing sport shoe and equipment as well as human right. With 12 shoe producing factories in the sourthen of Vietnam, they set up a strictly system of recruiting, especially relating to human right. +Prepare and make a list with necessary information for HR Director. +Labor Contract Managing: Ask for approval, review contract, print new contract… +Managing and calculating payroll for temporary workers. +Receiving the candidate applications, evaluating and selecting the most suitable application to propose to HR Manager. +Setting up the system of managing employees profile, training document… +Make annual report: Manpower, new employees (Daily report) and reports following director request. +Handling the labor complaints. -Seeking for Candidate and Responsible for being lack of labor: Lack of employees is not a strange problem to many companies at present, we must make efforts to look for candidates by creating good communication, using the media: 24h.com, careerplanning.com, vietnamwork.com, connecting to head hunting companies, the Youth newspaper… Build up Job Description of all department: sale, accounting, Im – exporting, production, human resources…. This is irresistible for you to pick a suitable candidate of any department, set up Job Description to understand requirements, necessary characteristic and personality that fit the position. b.Training: I was responsible for 02 kinds of training both Hard Skill and Soft Skill Training Course as well as outsource training: -Hard Skill Training Course + Internal Training courses: Training new employees (Officer, Manager, workers) about company regulation, policies, culture, training canteen staffs about safety food regulation, training security staffs about security principles, training subcontract about working condition and regulation to work inside facility… + Outsource Training Courses: Contacting to other department to figure out the training demand and finding the job training center for every particular technical training course: C-TPAT (Customs – Trade Partnership Against Terrorism) training course of Corporate Social Responsibility Department, Air – Compressor Training course for operator and other complicated machines, Finance Training Course for Accounting Department, Updated Labor Law for Human Resources Team, Waste Water Treatment Plan training Course for operator… + Use training utilities with low cost: With using PowerPoint well and ability of designing presentation professional, collecting material by using internet, relative network, the training course could be well prepared and operated. -Soft Skill training course: + Security training course: training security staffs how to solve emergency cases, how to welcome visitor, how to answer the phone… + Canteen staffs training course: there are a lot of complaint and conflict between canteen staffs and workers, training course helps the canteen staff know how to serve 9,000 employees in almost 1 hour, how to handle trouble… + Training for Production Supervisor and Manager: Handling incident Training course, handling conflict Training course… + Other arising Training courses: When company appears a bad habit or trouble: going to work late, steal in the company…I will investigate and propose training solutions for production supervisors, security staffs to prevent the same cases. 2.Administration Assistant: my H/R Manager is also responsible for Administration, so I am his assistant. -Support managing company facility and sources. -Organize events: + Health Check twice a year: 9,000 employees health check, apply hospital employee system inside company to make a check on site. + Company Festival: in the end of every year management have also organized a sport festival inside of a football stadium, I support to design uniform, searching the suppliers: Gifts, uniform, stadium and negotiate to get the lowest cost. + Company Party and Committee: Yearly Managers party, Committee of management, international women day holiday, Lunar New Year Holiday event…
