Check their process of payment. Receive customers’ feedbacks and claim. Find the best way to settle Customer’s claim. • Approach to new customer: through internet & trade fair to survey the market, discover new trend for each potential customer, send the quotation and catalogue of furniture & home accessories products. • Contact with current supplier to update new products to offer to customers. • Looking for new suppliers & new products to get their offers then send them to customers. • Preparing new products, cataloge & samples to take part in the trade fair in Singapore. • Archive custom clearance of products. • Contact line, forwarder to book space for shipment is coming. • Paper Work: Do office document such as: PI, PO, booking note, debt note, Packing list, Commercial Invoice, C/O, check B/L: presentation for customer and manager, etc…
