Chuyên môn: - Build, maintain, broaden and strengthen good relationship with the existing customers and research market to develop the potential ones - Work closely with Sales Manager to prospect, pitch and close new project. Involved in the day to day management of clients. - Get feedback from customers and tactfully handle with any complaints in key decision maker’s role with a client-oriented attitude. - Be responsible for charging to customer for all costs, expenses, expenditures.. like mold repairings, modification, improvements… in the company - Take accountability in following up the whole process of order performance till its liquidation. - Work with Sales Manager to prepare and deliver the presentation to customers. - Receive new drawings, samples and projects from customers, then checking with Engineer, production Manager & QA and confirm the plan with customers. - Submit detailed proposal and quotation to customers, negotiate prices and trade terms to get POs, then liaise with Sales Coordinator to take care of the purchasing and delivery schedules. - Work tighly with all department relating to make sure delivery fulfillment in a timely manner. - Report the market demands, cooperate with Sales Manager to handle and set plan for developing. - Make weekly report, quarterly business report and annual market update report on new customers, projects, business opportunities. - Provide monthly, quaterly and annual sales forecast and budget in line with target agreement. - Carry out other tasks when assigned by Management
