Seafood QA/QC manager ………03 – 10/2011 + Manage a team of 7 people: 5 seafood inspectors and 2 specified marking executives. + Monitor all QA documents between suppliers and buyers. + Create inspection procedure for new products and train QC team for the new procedure. + Have a part in R&D with foreign customers at supplier’s factory. + Train new staff for inspection procedure, awareness of quality management in seafood. + Claim management: Solve all claims from customers with right solutions. + Audit, evaluate new supplier and give advice to marketing division and buyer 2. Seafood QC (inspector) ………03/2009 – 02/2011 + Follow the status of production for each order at packers’ factories via email/phone. + Inspect seafood and frozen products at factories and office before shipment: - Longline fish (Tuna, Mahi, Wahoo, Marlin, Swordfish, Blue shark, Oilfish, ...: Loins, portions, cubes, fillets) - Small seafish (Emperror, parrot, grouper, barramundi, red mullet, red snapper... WGS, fillets) - Farm fish (Pangasius, catfish) - Shrimps - Mollusca: Octopus, scallop, squid. - Value added products: Skewers, potato shrimp, crab farci - Agricultural products: Pumpkin cubes, sweet potato bulb, manioc bulb, papaya, taro, yam, chouchou, okra, spring onion, manioc leaf minced,..) + Report directly results of inspections to buyer and head office in France. + Clear up queries related to products from buyer. + Follow and do R&D with clients at packers’ factory. + Evaluate technological factors, HACCP, GMP and sanitary conditions of seafood factories (Audit factory). + Take care of the QA/QC documents of seafood.
