Improve the quality of Billing Services -Helpdesk service -The timeliness and accuracy for Payment, Account Receivable Report) -Study about the Privacy Rules, its change and its impacts on research. -Study for new billing systems set up. 5. Apply the PDCA cycle, SMART Objective, System Thinking to any situation. 6. Update policies and procedures manuals.
