Chuyên môn: In case, you can not be reached by phone (because of objective reason) that can send to my private email since it ensures to be checked daily Experiences 2005 - Now: General Affairs – Human Resources Division Company size: 50 - 10,000 All various types of enterprises, industries Available Position: Officer Executive/ Assistant Supervisor/ Advisor/ Headhunter - Lead effectively the Administration function requirements - Manage the clinic, develop and maintain a medical policy and ensure good health of the workforce - Maintain regular contacts with Group HR Department and ensure the compliance applicable on employment and living conditions for expatriates - Responsible to establish good relations with union - Prepare annual budgets on Personnel, Administration operations as well as salaries budget (local staff and expatriates) for the whole company - Planning and implementing market salary survey for compensation & benefit package as well as rewards - Maximize the strategic use of human resources and maintain functions such as recruitment, compensation & benefit, performance evaluation, training & development, and regulatory compliance - Formulate and submit to the CEO an organizational model & HR development strategy to meet the restructuring demand - In charge of HRM, organize research and implementation of recruitment & training programs for human resource development - Coordinate with HODs to improve organizational structure, develop professionalism and discipline of human resources to achieve business targets - Develop and maintain appropriate Human Resource Information Systems - Build effective solutions and logical timeline to implement the organizational model & HR development strategy approved by the BOD - Supervise strict compliance of all legal provisions & company policies, and at the same time identify and timely fix the gaps in the Organization & Human Resource - Report directly to the General Director & the Board - Perform other duties as required by the CEO
