Chuyên môn:  2007 ~ 2009 at Merchandiser and developer position - Review innovation/developed samples from factory by each quarter and hand them over to buyer . - Get initiate artwork and review details, clarify with buyer clearing up any discrepancies then distribute the line art to proper factory for making proto sample. - Work with factory to finalize the proto schedule and share info with buyer. - Conducting samples and be assure the qualified samples to Buyer. - Distribute sale order to factory and work on related stuffs to ship the sale products ontime. - Receive bulk artworks, check through colour lapdip, sizing graphic, material state, voice out any minimum concerns for Buyer’s awareness of buy ready issues. - Retrieve bulk order, provide it to factory then complete buy confirmation after working with suppliers, involved factories in details. - Monitor production to meet buyer’s need date - To follow up the payment  2009 ~ 2014 at Merchandiser team leader - Monitor five hat factories (one in VietNam and others in overseas) and one bag company in China. - Lead five staffs to handle order from all partners smoothly, get involved timely for any concerns from buyer/factory, subcontractors... - Assign sourcing to develop new design upon reviewing project/line arts of Buyer. - Responsible for communications and relevant stuffs of business from team members to factories/buyers. - Work on costing, negotiate with suppliers and factories for the best quotation which hits Buyer’s margin. - Book materials basing on buyer’s forecast to relevant suppliers. - Monitor capacity against buy plan/forecast and have a solution way in time manner. - Report as well as offer action plan to director by monthly.
