B.Receiving the order: -Communicate with buyer and all licensees in global to receiving main order. -Review the order if there are any MOQ issues and surcharges, delivery date, … = confirm to accept the order with buyers. -Issue AO (Accepted order) to related dept. and Input to ERP program, check BOM on ERP and confirm. C.Production processing and shipment: -Follow manufacturing process of order, follow material be placed order and arrival to make sure no problem for main order. -Update production plan as well shipment plan from factory to buyer. Linking factory’s information and buyer to get final shipping. -Control and deal with problems, inspection production. -Report actual shipment to manager. D.Asking for Payment and solve the complaint from buyer: -Follow up on payment status, ask buyer pay for shipment and mold charges of development. -Receive the complaint from buyer and make complaint report to manager for asking improvement from factory or related dept.
