Sample - Work with Tech Team on sample requirement. - Closely follow up sample fabric/trims deadline. - Chasing Tech team and factories to make sure Fit/ PP/ TOP sample submit on time, overall review before send to Buyer. - Review wash standard/ sewing construction/ original sample compare to sample - Update sample status report 3. Orders Allocation - Participate in discussion with Planning Manager on final order placements. - Work with Big Boss on mills production flow & factory capacity - Deal CMPT price with subcontract factories 4. Pre-Production - Review trim card/ QC file before release to factories - Coordinate Pre-production meeting with technician QC and factories to minimize problem ahead of production. - Check bulk fabric shade band, hand feel standard with Tech Team/ QC. - Follow up test report of fabric/ garment & trims and make sure the bulk quality meets standard. - Ensure fabrics/trims are delivered in time to meet production deadline. - Ensure wash standard/ fabric, trims & styling details are correct before production. 5. Production - Update pending orders and generate WIP as needed. - Order details follow up via ERP system - Work with planning team to avoid broken production plan. - Coordinate with Q.C & factories for production status & provide updated WIP/ Order chart to Buyer - Chasing factories/ washing to complete garments on time - Arrange booking, work with Finishing team for packing status/ shipment plan - Work with Shipping team/ Forwarder for shipment booking/ truck arrangement/ shipping docs - Check packing list to make sure shipment is correct. - Work with Buyer on shortage/ over ship - Follow up payment.
