Chuyên môn: - Monitoring daily defects: qualify and analysis daily failure, give roots cause. And then give immediately and correctly action to solve the issue with other support function people. Training Operator, QC to control and prevent the issue re-occurs. - Use 7 quality tools (Histogram, Pareto chart, Cause-effect diagram, Scatter chart, Flow chart, Run chart, Control chart) to statistic and analysis quality defect. Review defect Pareto charts weekly. Organize meeting with others department to solve top 3 defects (80/20). Do 5 Why to identify root cause and raise action to related department (Production, Maintenance, Method, Product Engineer…). And follow up the action. - Create and update inspection criterion and checklist for product quality inspection. Give training to QC inspector team. - Create PQCP, CTQ for all products (new, transfer, legacy) to adapt with AS/NZS, IEC standard and customer requirement. - Lean & 6 Sigma (Green Belt 6 Sigma Trained): Deploy a 6 Sigma, a Go Fast project and 2 Kaizen in 2011. Get the Regional award of Kaizen at BPE Pacific Asia competition in July 2010. The project is improve electric high voltage fail of 30MA switch assembly line (Clipsal Australia customer), from 10% to 0.3% in March 2010. - Certificated internal auditor ISO 9001:2008 and ISO 14000 in 2011. Work in alignment with management quality systems. Control and adjust Quality procedure every year to meet with target. - Member of SPS (Schneider Production System) team to deploy and follow System of company and group like ISO, SPS.
