(contacting with the customers: meeting, email, chatting, calling…, presenting the customers catalogues & products, company policy, composing Sales Contract, follow-up Purchase Orders, follow-up the new maquettes and designs, follow-up the production process to meet the delivery date, contacting with Forwarder/ shipping company to book the container and confirming the shipping date, checking customer’s payment, check the customer’s L/C draft, making Invoice and Packing List, checking all the goods before loading in the container, solving other problems during the shipment…) o Work directly with related Departments: Customs, Designer, IT, Production Planning, Accounting, and Warehouse Departments… o Follow-up export plan and take responsible for the turnover of Export Team. o Prepare export documents: Sales Contract, Invoice, Packing list, C/O, Payment Request… o Getting contact with Forwarder/ Service Companies for making custom clearance, delivery docs that support for the export procedure and with agents for arranging the shipping schedules, ensure to keep up with the schedule, and also ensure the goods to be ready for shipment. o Following to supply on time the docs that customer’s request, such as: CO, Original Certification… o Manage export customers database and always keep in touch with export customers immediately when the company has new policies, new products and new plans… o Participate directly in National and International Exhibition to seek for new potential markets and new customers such as Food & Hotel fair, Frankfurt fair (Germany), make trip business to visit customers. o Follow-up debts, payments, responsible for the turnover of export team and report to Sales Manager and Board of Directors. o Training Export Team’s staffs such as company’s policy, follow-up orders, making the quotation, making Invoice & Packing List…… o Other tasks related. …
