Provide full service for Client Guideline SOP/ full service provider process to Client Give best advice for any trouble to Client. Always thinking the best solution to win- win for both sides.  Update frequently the latest changes of import law for change import tax, POSM or FOC goods in necessary cases.  Set the rule for import cargo into Vietnam.  Solve any trouble about supply chain, customs clearance, warehouse, logistic (out of stock, customs clearance, manage inventory, place Purchasing Order, ……).  Manage Supply Chain operation, manage third party, manage forwarder.  Ensures stock and delivery time in time.  Ensure Sales Stock order meet target in month, control inventory to avoid high stock. Ensures Business processes of Consensus Demand Plan are pursued in effective way. Ensures weekly/daily Demand & Supply planning cycles.  Issue SOP (Standard Operating Procedure) for Supply Chain Operations.  Always made customer satisfaction & trust.  Direct contact with shipping line/ shipping agency to get best offer.  Cross check summary Damage report to consolidate write off  Release write off to LOG after being approved by Supplier.  Inform the coming shipment arrival WH  Damage goods if any.  Release for sale for new cargo  Allocate products to local warehouse.  Control inventory to ensure stock available for sale.  Inform the status of shipment to PM (Product Manager)  Inform customs clearance Time line to PM.  Update new import law to PM  Inform damage goods if any to PM for write off  Inform damage goods to Insurance Company to Claim Damage goods  Get best offer to Book vessel for FOB term.  Buy Insurance Policy for FOB term.  Follow-up and update business changes  Monitor and update SOP/regulations to suppliers and relevant Department  Other tasks assigned by Superior
