This position can be separate into 2 parts as below: Purchasing • Managing categories: Freshfood (Bakery, Ready to eat, Fruits & Vegetable, Dessert...) • Finding new supplier, finding and developing new products based on the current products or brand new product. • Dealing best trading terms for commercial contract, bring the best benefit for company. • Reporting to Freshfood Manager. • Analyzing category performance, products trend and recommend changes by monthly/ yearly. Periodically reviewing product assortment to meet market requirement and customers’ need. Trade marketing • Analyzing sales report to choose right product, controlling cost and increase sales, hitting profit target. • Planning for monthly/ yearly promotion. Asking support from suppliers for every campaign. • Periodically doing market research to catch up competitors, improving category performance. • Ensuring display product under planogram and must be in the best view on every stores in the system. • Coordinating with marketing department review and control POSM for every promotion.
