Take charge of the following job of corrective and preventive action request (CPAR) which be initialed by QMS audit. - Hold a meeting at the first shift to review the task, comment & announce new information, arrange routine work for all members. - Train technicians to operate the testing equipment, method of inspection job. Ensure the operation procedures and works are carried out based on the “ISO 17025” and “Quality manual of Test Center.” Ensure the accuracy and efficiency of the test and calibration process. - Check & ensure the results of testing samples, surface quality of products correctly & quickly. Carry out new test implemented and equipment installation. - Proof of attendance review, take day off review. Turn-shift schedule/meal, safety & security. Develop the laboratory equipment automatized, data transmission computerized. - Periodic Maintenance supervised and execution, equipment daily check sheet, equipment trouble shooting (Basic), fire-extinguisher check. Supervise test and calibration job, solving trouble problem and providing data with internal and external customer. - Test time controlling, test report reviewing, work Journal issue...base on ISO-17025 or other international/nation standards related activities (JIS, ASTM, EN…).
