Chuyên môn: * ALC – Administration Logistic Center - Make ordering to Suppliers or Metro warehouse. - Find out problem of stock, give solution to do stock correction and check the accuracy of price change - Increase/reduce the prize of products for customer’s promotion or whole-sales requests from field operation team - Update weight barcode and prize for scales in fresh departments - Planning the work load to ensure that all documents are completed on time and accurately. - Producing reports requested by Line Managers such as: Stock value, minus stocks, gap checks and daily sales information to include shrinkage, monthly/yearly/promotion sales, life for life, store comparisons, margins, number of invoices, etc. - Assisting Store General Manager by providing information/reports from GMS programmers to enable him/her to forecast sales, shrinkage, other costs, etc - Ensuring that Line Managers meeting the Partial/Yearly Inventory deadlines set by Head Office and processing the counting data for Inventory day. - Playing a key role in the annual stock take by assisting the Line Manager in the presentation e.g: Training Management on new systems as they become available Training key staffs before Inventory Numbering aisles and bays Organizing equipment from other stores Planning the times of counting Choosing the most suitable staff to be part of the counting temp Group staff together as appropriate e.g. NF staff to count NF, etc Liaising with the Company Audits as necessary Collating and processing information to give an initial result Helping with investigations and re-punching after the original count * IT - Information Technology - Deploy installation and upgrade MPOS – Metro Payment Of Services (cashier counters) - Control hardware, software authorization and network - Solve most problems with printers and computers without reference to Head Office - Backup database in daily, weekly and monthly on server - Manage direct and extent phone numbers via PABX and export for billing - Access database for information in needs such as sale, invoice, customer, prize or inventory quantity… - Report the necessary information to managers, director and Head Office - Process data for goods inventory in Metro center - Maintain the company’s information and news on intranet. - Install employee attendance system by magnetic card and print finger - Supervise IT component warehouse
