Chuyên môn:  Being one in the first group building up factory: • Support to make basic principle, working procedure. • Directly lead the training course for related parts in lower grade.  Oversee production process: • Make detail plan for the cell lines based on the PP plan. • Coordinate input sources (Man, Material, Machine, Method) to make good production preparing. • Cooperate to others teams to manage all Work Orders and ensure on shipment time by supervising the production procedure. • Check operators in production lines (Activities, training and motivation…). • Continuously control line balance. • Track performance indicator of each production line and implement necessary action to achieve targets inside team. • Decide on the best method for providing technical advice when required. • Store wastage and check the materials consumption comparison with the quanlity and the target time. • Attend to the Clear small lot meeting with relevant Dept: W/H, Planing Dept., Procure Dept.,… to meet the production plan. • Handling abnormal problem at once by cooperating with the other teams and planing improvement with Senior –Supervisor and Manager.  Daily production performance report with analyzed information to Upper grade.  Supervising safety and environment (5S, Safety rules) to meet customers’ requirement.
