Chuyên môn: - Manage front desh operations - Follow up and supervise daily task such as : Manage and control factory’s cleaning, gardening, security team, canteen, uniform, car arrangement, meal for Board of Director and meal for employees (Day shift, night shift and overtime), working conditions of plant people. - In charge of issues related to expats working at the company and visitors within the group. - Support weekly orientation for newcomers when needed. - Follow up and proceed payments for all admin charges (Tel fee, Mobile fone fee, Internet fee, Meal for BOD & staff fees, taxi fee, electricity fee, drinking water fee, Insect settlement fee, process for paying meal for staff go business outside, transport allowance fee, admin fees, … in time. Check km used of compay cars for payment purpose. - Follow up/make comparison admin cost and control the admin cost in order to save cost. - Follow up and arrange for newcomers (working place, stationery, name tag, name card (if any), car arrangement, computer/laptop, uniform). - Do admin reports as per board of Director’s requirement periodically (Daily/weekly/monthly…) - Co-ordinate with other departments to hold company events - Manage and arrange air tickets for expatriate team on vacation/business trips, foreigner’s visa, work permit, etc. when needed. - Management and maintenance of operator, phone calls, message, fax, offices and meeting rooms, office equipment, stationary and necessities/ Updated internal telephone list in time. Trang 3/6 - In charge of holding monthly employee’s birthday party. - In charge to support HR have worker to maintain the company regulations by scheduling daily patrol for supervisor level at break time. - Prepare official letters and internal memos when needed. - In charge to review the vendor contracts related to admin and follow up the contract validity in order to extend/renew in time. - Togeter with EHS section, to maintain and ensure EHS tasks related solved and implemented stricctly - Dealing with local and relevant government authorities related to company’s legal affairs. - Identify and implement effectively to respond legally to external demands, to protect Company from internal demands and general matters. - Other duties as assigned by the Board of Management.
