Chuyên môn: – Head of 30 workers. – To assist and work closely with Production Manager for daily production activities. – Forecast and schedule the production for maximizing the machine capacity and labor to improve the productivity and yield. – Responsible for all kind of raw materials usage & wastage in production floor and arrangement of the raw materials with the help of subordinate. – Ability to lead a team of Production Supervisors and line leader to maintain good discipline in the line and achieving production target. – Prepare weekly, monthly and yearly production report for the immediate superior. – Involve in planning of production schedule, manpower, process flow and quality plans. – Carry out any other duties assigned by the Superior from time to time.
