Chuyên môn: • Design and development of assigned training modules as internal version in a dynamic and comprehensive way • Communication of status to the House of Learning on a periodic basis • Monitor yearly training budget and training plan. • Conduct soft skills training for all employees. • Conduct of workshops with stakeholders to validate proposed training solutions and gain business acceptance and buy-in • By working with Business Practice team members, to ensure the quality, relevancy and accuracy of training materials. • Coordinating and preparing an individual induction and on the job training schedule for HO and other functional employee within MCCVN and MCCI • Delivering Metro induction and training material implementation support towards store trainer • Coordinating with external agency to develop and arrange soft skill training • Translating training material into local language taken from House of Learning (HoL) of MCCI • Update, adapt and maintain the content the HoL program by working with local experience part-time instructors and feedback with House of Learning to get the final output. • Other duties assigned by Head of Training.
