Chuyên môn:  Sample tester: When a new washing machine model was born, there are hundreds of new components, parts, and the mission of our team is to test each component (here I would like to introduce I belong to Improvement Team). My job is: research technical -drawings, size measurement, test features, items in the specification of parts. Then I write a technical report (in English) to the relevant departments and components suppliers. When suppliers running components for the first time, I had to go there to consider the production line, attend meetings Audit and evaluation. When my company choose a new supplier to product, my duty assess to this supplier ( for example: storage of raw materials, finished goods, defective products, work-instructions , checking the machines ...). When Suppliers send all components to my factory, I participate in trial-production at the factory SANYO, evaluate products when fitting ( for example: wiring of electrical components, the Preface, the optimism of plastic components, assembling ...). Then join in production meetings and have plans for improvements, improvements for next time.  Supervisor of Quality Supplier (Incoming): my task is to ensure that all suppliers of goods delivered is OK. When having problems, NG goods, I will contact the supplier and solve problems, and discuss measures to prevent recurrence. In addition, I also evaluated vendors period -3 months, 6 months ...  Quality Supervision (online): I guide the online QC check on follow to Work Instruction based on quality standards of the factory or the market error reporting. When having big problem, I will talk with stakeholders and proposed remedies.  Market - Supervisor: receiving the product, washing machine parts damaged from market, analyze the cause damaged, writing reports summarizing data. There are cases explosion washers, I investigate the cause, report writing relapse prevention, Innovation ... • Besides that, I have the advantage of making the tool to check the features of the specification items of the components that market don’t sell. • Equipment used: Ability testers, clamp meters, Calipers, Micrometer, Diameter, High Gauge, Thickness Gauge, Profile Projector, Tension Gauge, vibration, noise machine, speed dial ... • Other that, I also participate in safety training courses in production, costdown components, ISO management and evaluation ISO ...
