Solve the most quickly issues relating to goods, delivery schedule, materials quality and services purchased. 3/ Warehouse arrangement: Co-operater with warehouse keeper to re-check and update the balance of related equipments, material and status of current usage (in-out quantiy) as well. Make out and update detail of materials, equipment to control detail quantity weekly, monthly. 5) Support in making Tendering Documents (if any). Make a to do list for new projects then share with related departments. Translated Tender Documents into English if required; Preparing: Letter of Tender, Tender Security , Power of Attorney, Method of Statements, Manpower Plan, List of Equipments, Organization Chart and CVs; Collect related documents to make completed folders for submitting Tender. 6) Other tasks as assigned by General Director, Project Manager.
