Chuyên môn: IMPORT: - Make the weekly inventory records to report to the Director Board. - Find the new plastics suppliers in order to get the best quotation for company. - Choice the time to buy the materials with good price. - Contact frequently via email or phone with the Korea and Singapore plastics supplier like: Hankang International, Samsung Corporation, Styrolution Korea ltd, Daelim Corporation, Hyundai Engineering plastics, Chevron Phillips Singapore chemicals (private) limited, Brenntag pte.ltd, Formosa Chemicals & Fibre Corporation. - Contact with the plastic supplier appointed as: Ymap in Singapore and also Thailan, Honda Trading Company. - Receiving sale contract for signing. - Issue purchase order to buy the appointed materials. - Doing insurance for import materials. - L/C settlement. - TT/R settlement. - Make Customs procedures. EXPORT: - Receive the export orders, negotiation for the export prices orders. - Confirmed prices and send the Pro-format Invoice to customers to open LC. - Checking terms and conditions on the LC to meet the INCOTERMS‘s requirements. - Checking the rate of progress of production to meet the delivery schedule as the customers requested in the L/C. - Send the shipment samples to customers for checking and get the approval for shipment. - Issue the booking note for booking confirmation to the forwarder. - Co-operate with production manager and Director Board and other departments to boost the rate of progress of production to meet the delivery schedule. - Send the booking confirmation to agency to collect the container number and serial number. - Clearance of goods for export. - Send the shipping instruction to the forwarder for making bill of lading. - Checking the draft bill of lading to meet the terms and condition on the LC and to avoid the discrepancy on the shipping documents. - Collect shipping documents to apply for certificate of origin. - Submit the shipping documents to the bank. - Supervise international payment procedures through banks as well as implementation process of export contract. - Boost long term cooperation with potential and current customers. - Coordinate with person in charge to build sale plan for quarter and year. - Organize and co-ordinate with Director Board to supervise all activities of import–export of company. - Have experiences in resolve arising problems for export goods when received complain of customers. - Carry out some after sales policies and keeping contact directly with customers to get new orders. PURCHASE: - Responsible for monitor and control of production planning also control of implementation those plans. - Establish plans for raw materials, materials for the production. - Control the buying process, quality, price of raw materials to ensure the right quality shopping, time with reasonable cost. - Research, analysis and select more sub-suppliers. - Management and control of contractual issues with the sub-suppliers. - Given the objectives of the room based on common goals that the company has put out. Plan directly to the employee. - Updated product documentation, information and quality standards related to the provider side. - Support other departments to accomplish set objectives. - Other tasks assigned by Director Board.
