Chuyên môn: • Report to Japanese Director and Vietnamese Vice Director • Making Quotation and contract and revise, modify, ensure to complete Quotation/ Contract on deadline to submit customers. • Prepares statement of accounts to bill clients (revenue) for alls service. • Supervises the store operators on the day-to-day operation of the warehouse (normal receiving, put away, receipt of discrepancies, receiving returns, customer rejections, short pick, checking order and delivery, expiry date, general warehouse principle). • Solving alls issue log, back log . • Monitor warehouse activities to ensure that goods are stored correctly and safely and warehouse space is used efficiently; • Supervise staff to ensure that all warehouse activities and all machines and equipment operated safely. • Warehousing service: over 20 customers with charing fee by tons (Close book) • Using Sunny software to control stock & charging fee. • VAS service. • Delivery service: work with Trasportation Dept, subcontractors on transportation to arrange delivery cargo to shops, supermarket for Customer (seafood, milk, cream,...).
