Chuyên môn: - To cooperate with Sales Department, Production Department for forwarding and purchasing the materials - Communicate with vendors/suppliers regarding goods and services - Negotiation and liaison with suppliers to ensure achievement of company cost, quality and delivery requirements - Prepare the purchase order to the suppliers. Check and verify purchase orders. Monitor the processing and scheduling of running items to suppliers - Review and evaluate suppliers’ performance in areas of price, quality and delivery - Expedit and update orders acknowledgement into system for purchasing information record - Liaise with Freight forwarders on the shipping matters and cost negotiation - Continuously price negotiation (at least once a year) with all the vendors - Ensure negotiation with suppliers are carried out for competitive pricing - Have ability for the optimization of warehouse storage space - Manage Import and Export staff for all related issues - Getting refund for imported tax and make liquidation - Assign staff to implement contracts signed/transferred from Project Department - Familiar with using customs software and doing E. Customs procedures such as ECUS_EX3, ECUS_K3 and ECUS_G - Draft the sales contract and follow the payment and delivery terms - Manage the purchasing order to match delivery time - Deal with local customs officers for all problem solution related to refund imported tariff and customs procedures. - Control forwarders regarding to handle their service job such as trucking, customs clearance, load and unloading time. - Checking and verify forwarder’s service charges
