Export Import, Logistics, Supply Chain and 3PL: take care of import & export business for shipments including: - Documentation: check & prepare export import including: L/C, PO, Invoice, Bill of Lading, C/O, Fumigation, Banking… Keep contact between suppliers (seller) and receivers (buyers) to make sure procedure is in line. Monitor and follow up during export import shipment is in transaction. - Customs clearance: prepare documentation for clearance including delivery order, booking, letter, licence … work closely with relevant parties: customers, seaport-airport customs officers…to make smooth clearance for shipments at all ports. Make plan for special customs clearance cases such as: multimodal-transport, transit cargo, special cargo… - Transportation: work with inland truckers to make delivery to customers’ destination or warehouse. Check on truckers’ timing to make sure transportation schedule is smooth & on time. Deal with trucking partners to make good price for delivery & choose suitable partners for trucking. Supervise during transportation till customers receive cargo in good condition. Make plan for most ideal transportation in multimodal transport or some fast consuming and awkward products such as: seafood or fashion garment, oversized-overweight cargo (machineries, cranes…)… Supervise transit cargo via Hochiminh port and in some cases need to go to ports and warehouses to double check work. - Pricing: work closely with partners in relevant fields: trucking, packaging, consolidators, warehouses… to get best price for services. Check on market to keep update news in logistics field. - Coordination: co-opperate with other departments: airports, seaports, operations, customs officers, customer services, sales, accounting… to provide best transportation services to customers without discrepancy within company. B. Internal office work: Recruitment and Training new employees, manage meetings, conference, customers events, presentations and all social activities of company to make sure that customers are all taken good care.
