Same as processing methods are applied such as stamping/pressing or CNC machining/Forging/Casting/Heat Treatment/Riveting/Welding/Surface Finishment (Power Coating/Electro Galvanized Plating Zn, Ni-Cr, Cr3+, Cr6... - Plastic products: Based on given DWs & technical instruction to follow & process. Materials required are various by products from PP, ABS, LDPE, LLDPE, PolyAcetal, PE (for lamination), PVC. Those are made through Molding, Injection or Blowing depending on what kind of plastic item. - Indoor/outdoor furnitures: made of steel/wood/fabric + foam with required density & weight... Despite any kind of products, it is required to make sure to find right demand of sourced products & makers in most effective ways. Daily communication with makers are of high importance to ensure the right procedures from order confirmation, performance, production status, quality inspection to delivery following up, documents checking and claims if have. Be the supporter of Head Office Director in managing and developing the business of the assigned commodity, together with customers to factory trips whenever they come Vietnam perform any audit. Besides ensuring effective management role to lead the team to perform tasks with highest achievements. + From 9/2009-4/2014: Sales Manager at Hoanchau Investment Company Limited specializing in exporting Frozen Seafood overseas. - Building sales plan and target/bonus policy to the whole salesmen. - Being responsible to the Board for final results of sales, export turnover and revenues. - Manage the Team to reach the goal. - Planning shipments, cooperating with logistics with shipments arrangement, and following up with buyers/importers about payment maturity. - Support to solve claims made by the clients about goods quality (if have) - Back up salesmen about sales jobs, contacting importers/buyers to sell products, particularly frozen seafood products, mainly pangasius and shrimp items. - Performing daily transactions with customers through all sales engines such as B2B, B2C pages, Linkin, Skype, Email, Phone... + From Dec 2008 to 2009: working as an International Purchase Specialist at Vinafood: - Dealing with abroad exporters/suppliers to import frozen poutry& meat of various origins like US, Argentina, Brazil, Middle East... from the first stage of making inquiries to making payment to complete the contracts. - Covering daily transactions with the exporters as negotiating price, package, specifications, payment term, delivery term and some others. Besides, making claims to suppliers once the goods get problems or on behalf of company support requests from suppliers. - Combining closely with other related departments like Finance Dept., Documentation and Domestic Sales, cold-stores to control all transactions. - Support The Board to program purchase plan. + From December 2007 to Dec 2008: working as Customer Service and Magazine Distribution for a company specializing in operating a website about real estate.
